1: How do I confirm that what I want is in stock and will ship immediately?

Easy: simply check the “In Stock” amounts listed for each product on our website. The precise quantity of goods in our warehouse that is ready for prompt distribution is reflected in these figures. When a product runs out, it is no longer displayed by our system. We take these steps to ensure that your buying experience is quick, simple, and effective.

 

2:When will my order ship?

In general, orders placed before 3PM EST on a business day will ship that same day and you will receive a confirmation of shipment at that time. Some days we may be a little behind, but we will always inform you if we are unable to pack up and ship your order promptly (within 2-3 business days).

 

3:When will I receive my order confirmation number and tracking number

You will receive two order related e-mails from our office. The first e-mail will be sent to you immediately after you place your order and will contain your order confirmation number. You will then receive a second e-mail once your order has been shipped which will contain your shipment’s tracking number. If you have not received either of the two e-mails mentioned above, please check your SPAM folder. If you find nothing in your SPAM folder, please contact our office  by sending an e-mail to our support team

4:Can I pick up my order at your warehouse?

Sorry, but our warehouse is not set up to process walk-in orders or pickups

 

5:What is the  return policy?

We wants to please all of its customers all of the time. Unfortunately, sometimes, things just happen and our customers receive product that is damaged or defective. We recognize this and we are here to help. If you receive damaged or defective product, please contact our office immediately. All contact must be made within 30 days of your order date. If our office is made aware of damaged or defective product within thirty (30) calendar days of the date the product was ordered, you will be afforded a full refund, a full store credit or a free replacement of the defective or damaged product (note that the product must be defective or damaged as inspected by our warehouse team upon return and note that our office reserves the right to either refund your money, provide a store credit, or replace the product at our discretion). We do our best to make sure that everyone is treated fairly, so just let us know if an issue arises.
