Before we start the licence verification and shipment process, orders can typically be canceled and fully reimbursed.
We might not be able to cancel your order once it has been marked as “Processing” or “Shipped.”
After this point, cancellations may be subject to a processing fee to cover the costs of administrative and payment services.
Following Shipment
We are unable to recall or cancel orders once they have delivered. Before completing the checkout process, please confirm the caliber, quantity, address, and order details.
4. Non-Refundable Products
The following items are not refundable or returnable after shipment due to legal and safety concerns:
Ammunition (shotgun, rimfire, centerfire, or reloading parts)
Gunpowder and primers
Opened ammunition storage containers
Promotional coupons or gift cards
Special-order or clearance products
Products subjected to inappropriate storage conditions (heat, humidity, moisture)
5. Products that are defective or damaged
Please get in touch with us within seven business days of receiving your order if you receive a product that is wrong, damaged, or defective.

6. Mistakes in Shipping or Missing Packages
We are highly serious about shipping security. If tracking indicates a delivery problem or your product does not arrive:

7. Returns for Non-Ammunition and Accessory Items
Under the following circumstances, we accept returns for specific non-ammunition items, such as clothing, equipment, or shooting accessories:
The item needs to be in its original packaging, unopened, and unused.
After delivery, you have 14 days to request a refund.
It is necessary to have proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt.
You will get instructions and a return authorization (RMA) if your request is accepted. Unless the return is the result of an error on our part, you are responsible for the expense of return postage.
Handling and inspection may be covered by a restocking fee (usually between 10% and 15%).
